Intersectional gender analysis (IGA) is an equity framework utilized in decision-making, policy, and programme development. It goes beyond sex and gender to consider intersecting social identities such as age, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and other factors and and how these identities intersect with systems of inequity to shape a person's expereinces. Understanding these factors is crutial in designing programmes and policies that leave no one behind and build sustainable futures for all. At Collabridge, we use an intersectional gener analysis framework to guide and support all of our work.
